    Movie prices are suppose to be dropping through the floor soon as well as Sony has restructured the licensing for discs.

    This is BD 1.1, so ethernet is only good for firmware as stated, 2.0 allows for interactive internet (video streaming, etc)

    Getting down there. But a while ago I went the HTPC route to get BD-playback until prices dropped. It's working so well I no longer want a standalone player.
