T-Mobile has the Samsung Exhibit 4G Prepaid Phone for $180 with free shipping. Includes a $50 T-Mobile prepaid refill card free with purchase. T-Mobile has renamed the Exhibit II 4G to the Galaxy Exhibit 4G.
4G, 3.0MP rear/VGA front cameras, Swype, Bluetooth
1 GHz processor, 3.7" touch screen, Android 2.3 OS
I have this. No one is going to mistake this for an iPhone. Bought this in November last year for ~$200 without the prepaid refill card, probably the best value for T-Mobile then. Right now, I'd rather get the Nexus Galaxy for $350.
Some relatively interesting older Smart Phones from T-Mobile but the pricing is just to high for most people for almost 2 year old phones. T-Mobile could take a much larger bite out of the Cell Phone Market if they'd only learn to play more on volume, then up-front profit. T-Mobile has by far the most cost effective ways for Cell Phone service but only offers older phones at a relatively high price. Many of the older Phones they offer also appear on Amazon where many owners list reviews identifying various problems that could indicate used &/or refurbished models being sold as new. I'm also fairly sure T-Mobile gets their share of exchanges on Phones over time & may be using this Special offer deal to unload many of the exchanged Phones. Best bet is to use T-Mobile service with a New [Preferably new model] unlocked GSM phone that works with T-Mobile. Why inherit somebody elses problems unless you're up for the risk to possibly save a few bucks.
This should be Exhibit A in the Apple/Samsung trial
