Amazon has the Samsung Galaxy II Skyrocket 4G LTE AT&T Android Smartphone for $60 with free shipping. MSRP is $200. Requires new two-year contract, individual/family upgrade, or new line.
Android 2.3 OS, 1.5 GHz dual-core, 16GB memory
4.5" Super AMOLED touchscreen, GPS navigation
8MP camera, 1080p video, Bluetooth 3.0, 3G/4G/4G LTE
This is a great deal, but can it be used outside of Verizon network?
Er... It's an AT&T phone, so I'd venture a YES. I'd even go as far as to assume that it won't work on Verizon's network...
Here's a comparison between the S2 and Skyrocket.. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4RZedVdaEIo.
Not a big difference but the Skyrocket has a bigger screen 4.5" vs 4.3" and for me the S2 is already big. The Skyrocket is getting close to Note sized at 5.3". The S2 is actually faster even though it's clocked slower due to a better processor.. If you like the Skyrocket you might as well go for the S3 with a 4.8" higher res screen.
