I received mine from a previous batch of orders. It came with everything in OEM box; only thing was the seal was broken when it came but I think it was dailysteals checking to ensure the phone was complete and in working condition. Also, there were some carrier ad sheets inside, so I'm guessing they bought it in bulk from a carrier in another country. Just my 2 cents.

Also, I placed an order for a white one last night.

If you google dailysteals and look up BBB, there's a whole slew of horrible things and situations. I even had some bad things happen in the past:

I had ordered an 8GB San Disk microSD card. It turned out to be a generic card and it was shipped in an regular first class letter envelope with no box or seals at all. All exposed; looked like a refurbished, used generic "made in China" sd card. I was furious and complained as well as many others.

They eventually handled the situation appropriately by offering a full refund or letting you keep it and giving you a credit for the amount of the order. I opt to keep the card and get a credit which I used on my order last night, so they're really not that bad but ymmv.

I hope that helps you out.
