eBay with Johnny's General Electronics has the refurbished Samsung YP-G70-CW8ARB Galaxy S 8GB 5.0" Wi-Fi Android Media Player (YPG70CWY) for $139 with free shipping.
Android 2.3.5 OS, 5" 800x480 LCD, front + rear cameras
GPS, 802.11n, 8GB storage + microSD slot, Bluetooth 3.0
Get a Virgin Mobile prepaid HTC One V for less than $100 on Amazon reseller section (I bought mine new for $49 on Cyber Monday). It comes with only 1GB of memory ... but you can add 32GB microSD for $20 (see bens deals) ... that gives you 33GB media player running Android 4.0+ OS ... has 480x800 resolution and is also a phone (in case you decide to subscribe to Virgin Mobile prepaid service).
I have also purchased the "HTC One V Prepaid" on Cyber Monday for $49.99. I have no intention of buying any of the phone service because I want to use it exclusively with my home Wifi in a way that the Galaxy 5" Player operates. I was and might still be keeping an eye out for a super bargain on the Galaxy 5' Player, because of the larger screen,front-facing camera, 8GB memory, and "hopefully better speakers" (even though the HTC One speakers seem very good to me). However, I might give up on the Galaxy 5" Player, because I am so impressed with how well the HTC One V does function for me. The Speed, The Voice recognition, The Display quality, recording Voice, photos, video, all seem to work so shockingly well, that it is hard for me to believe that the Samsung 5" player could do those things as well. The problem is that, I simply do not have any good comparative reference point. Note: I run the HTC One in "Airplane Mode" to avoid wasting battery power on some sort of "cell phone network activity". The wifi seems to work just fine, even when the "airplane mode" is on. I use an app call RunKeeper to track me with the GPS, when I go walking.
