Walmart has the refurbished Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 7.0" Tablet (GT-P3113-TS8A) for $149 with free shipping. Normally $200+ new. Features Android 4.0 (Ice Cream Sandwich).
Dual-core 1GHz CPU, 8GB memory, 802.11b/g/n
1024x600 touchscreen, microSDHC slot, Bluetooth 3.0
Why didn't they push it out earlier? I was going to get this one but I bought the Nexus 7 since it has more internal memory for the same price of $200.
Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 7.0 is a better buy. Just having a microSD card makes the difference in the world. You shouldn't have to connect to a cloud to get at your own data and if you don't have an internet connection Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 7.0 is still useful. Out the box the OS is taking up some of the storage on the Nexus 7 so if you bought a 32GB you don't have 32GB worth of storage. Nexus 7 $200/16-gb, otg cable may work on this. actual storage is 13.74 gb. Nvidia Tegra 3 Quad-core 1.3 GHz CPU microUSB slot for wired and charging $99/8-gb version coming soon, 16/32 versions might drop in price.
Samsung Tab 2 $150/8-gb .actual storage is 5.74 GB + 32gb micro sd card = 37.7gb Will get Android 4.1 Jelly Bean soon. Dual-core 1 GHz CPU has a cellular antenna, better Wi-Fi and stereo Bluetooth which helps for better and faster connectivity. comes with a 30 pin proprietary connector for charging

Out of stock online, i would like to get the Tab 2 7.0" better than Nexus 7, bc it got both front and back cameras.
#1 they did. this deal was going before thanksgiving until they sold out. i was hoping it would come back but i guess i'm too late!
Anyone know if the Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 supports microphones? For making calls with Skype/Google Voice? That would be a deciding factor for me.
Fanatick the GS tap 2 has an on board microphone, no need to connect another one, works perfect with skype/Google Voice or any other communication app
