Anyone have luck with this blue tooth?

Well I'd like to hear from others. I'm about to return mine to Fry's. Reason is that the microphone volume is low. I have to have my mouth almost on the device to register my voice for the phone voice commands. I did a test call to voice mail and it was pretty low volume when in an average distance from the unit, so it was not acceptable, people would have trouble hearing me, plus being unable to do voice commands kind of defeats the purpose. So unless I got a bad one, this unit suffers from low microphone volume. I even managed to confuse it and make it freeze, had to pull out the battery to turn it off. Well I might give a replacement a try, but if the microphone volume will not improve it's useless device. Guess there is probably reason for the low price after MIR. Too bad, because this unit looked so promising.
