last night called tmob about my phone speaker problem. after getting transferred 3 times, finally tech support level 2 did not succeed troubleshooting and could not pull up warranty info on my brand new phone, so i was told to go to a local store and have them process replacement. went to store, can't exchange, can't process replacement, only over the phone. no record of last night's conversation with tmob.
att, i think you got yourself a new customer. hope you keep records and notes of conversations.
