#1 - I had the first iteration of this phone. When I purchased it I bought it over the web and bought it for the features, especially being able to store and play MP3 files (I travel weekly and I wanted to get away from having to carry a phone and an MP3 player). Anyway, I received my phone; had been looking forward to getting it and when it arrived it had no headphone jack which made the MP3 functionality completely useless unless I owned Bluetooth head phones. Problem with Bluetooth headphones is 1) if you are on a 4 hour plus flight you are going to have to have extra batteries; 2) they don't make many/if any versions of noise canceling head phones that are Bluetooth. I ended up returning the phone and getting something different. So if the MP3 funtionality is really not that important and you only want it for making phone calls, texting and using the camera it is a decent phone. If you want it to double as an MP3 player or want to use a headset that is not Bluetooth this probably will not work with a normal set of headphones. You may want to check the specs/pictures for a headphone jack if you are interested in using the MP3 functionality with normal headphones.
