* Do not sign the shipper's release form unless you have inspected the TV. Your acceptance of the TV constitutes your acceptance of the condition of the TV as delivered, and you understand that you cannot return the TV.
* After delivery, contact the manufacturer directly or check any applicable warranty you might have.

I like this TV but you say "never buy tv's from buy.com" what wrong with them?
#3 - Um... look at the quote. You know, the part where he copy and pasted Buy.com's policy about how 27" or larger TVs may NOT be returned at all.
Yes you can return, except you will pay the returning fee and when they credit your account, they will subtract the original shipping charges, even if you didn't pay for shipping originally, so basically you end up loosing around 200 bucks,so it might be best to do your homework and make sure that the tv you buy, is the one you will keep. and if there is something wrong with it, then you will have to contact the manufacturer. That is the general return policy (for large items) for most online retailers, with some exceptions of course.
I've had good experiences with buy.com with smaller items.
Buy.com is currently sporting a 3.3 (out of 10...or in other words, LOUSY) 6 month rating at reselleratings.com. Avoid them like they're lepers.
