    No #13, they wouldn't. I've had Dell cancel multiple orders on me; sometimes they tell me, sometimes they just cancel silently.

    the $798, while a lukewarm deal, now seems astronomical next to the $398 psuedo-offer...Reverse marketing, I love Dell!
