Officemax has been offering this printer (as well as the Brother HL-2140) on and off at this price for almost a year now, other stores have been selling them for $120. In fact, microcenter's laser printer line STARTS at $120.

I got three refills out of the included toner before trashing the printer and must say that for 50 bucks + 3 pack refill kit ( $12 on ebay ) = $62 it's worked out just great, considering the fact that almost all laser printers have replacement toners starting at $60+ EACH.

i have the ML-2010, which looks identical to this one, and spent 45 minutes yesterday wrestling with endless paper jams trying to print about 25 pages. but ymmv.

These are OEM'd to Dell as their 1100, with the multipurpose tray removed to make it cheaper. We had one of the Dell variants in the office for while, all it ever did was jam paper and go through toner like a sailor on shore leave goes through rubbers.

Nattering nabobs of negativity! This is a great little printer-- I've had one for four years, and I'm looking for another. No jams, cheap to refill, nice reliable little printer. Unfortunately OMax isn't cooperating...
