Why bother? This is certainly no deal. These things go on sale later in the year with rebates down to 20-30 bucks.

What about someone who needs a new printer now? Not everyone can wait till Black Friday.

It's not the -best- deal, but it's not a -bad- deal if you -need- a printer -now-.

I got the Samsung 2010 (same thing without the parallel port input) a year ago for $50 shipped. I'm still using the original "1000-sheet" starter toner, but replacement toners are $80 for Samsung and $30 for clones, so it's pretty affordable to feed.

Speedy, clean output. Works right away with Windows and Linux.

If you're running windows XP 64 bit this printer **WILL**NOT**INSTALL** though drivers are available.

"Rpc service is not responding" it says, when the rpc service is already up and running. Don't know when Samsung plans to fix this sh1t.

When I ran out of the starter toner with my ML-2510 I bought a bulk high capacity refill kit for just $12.99 with free shipping and was provided more toner than I could use in one refilling. They are still selling the kits for the price I paid, just do a search for "Samsung ML-2510 Toner H" on everyone's favorite auction site. You can get a standard capacity kit for even less.
