Amazon has the Samsung MZ-7PC128B/WW 830 Series 2.5" 128GB SATA III MLC Internal Solid State Drive (SSD) for $90 with free shipping. Features up to 520MB/s max read and up to 320MB/s max write speeds.
Just bought and installed a 256GB version of this on my main PC a few weeks back. Funny, all the BSOD and drive corruption I had been getting with my old Crucial Series 3 drive seem to have stopped. Crucial says 'Trim' doesn't work right (using Windows 7 64x) but I'm calling BS. I say they have a controller that is not compatible with AMD boards and won't admit it. Go with the Samsung. F Crucial.
I installed one of these to replace a 520 which was freezing and BSODing. Love Intel, but won't go back until they start making their own controllers again.
In Windows 7 be sure to set to set the Power Plan for "High Performance" and under "Change plan settings" "Change advanced power settings" "Hard disk" "Turn off hard disk after" "Setting: Never.
