False advertising. There is NO HDMI!
It's also a 23.6" screen, not a 24". I know it's a tiny difference, but I dislike the manufacturer trend of calling their product a [rounded up size] "class" display.

Crappy response time for a crappy TN panel. Pass.
5ms response is fine for most uses including gaming, and if you're getting a TN panel Samsung makes some of the nicer ones. Better question is if your budget is around $150 and response time matters, what else are you going to buy since the inexpensive IPS panels have worse response times.
