just remember while it looks loaded it only scores 850 on CPU Benchmark a 5 year old C2D is faster then this

Yeah, I agree. Those later 9xxx series core2duos smoked at 2.6-2.8GHz. Pass on this.
For someone who just wants to use this for accounting applications, checking email, casual browsing, it's a rather good deal. A full size non-refurbished laptop for under $300 doesn't sound bad.
Apparently it didn't to many; the Staples' website currently reads, "Currently Out of Stock."
Sold out before i got a chance to look at it.
