Support for Samsung hard drives is pretty much non-existent.
I recently bought several new samsung appliances and found out support for samsung anything is pretty much non-existent.

They gave me decent enough support for my printer when it came with a damaged cartridge drum, though their advanced replacement took two attempts because while I just needed a new cart w/drum in it the first try they sent the whole printer instead w/o cart. The advance replacement and prepaid mailing labels were nice though, makes it brain dead to RMA something when you have the box and packaging they sent the replacement in to ship the bad part back.
I have three of these drives and they have worked great! I'm waiting for a better deal before I buy a fourth one.
