This gets posted like twice a week. I'm here to tell you that a samsung refurbished monito with a bunch of dead pixels is not a bargain. I sent in my flawless 20" samsung monitor because the metal hinges in the monitor stand bent over time and Samsung refused to ship me a new stand, even in exchange for my old one, they would only replace the monitor. They sent me a monitor with numerous dead pixels and stuck pixels (a couple in a really bright green, which is f'ing irritating when any other color than green is being displayed on screen). They said too bad, that I coud either buy a new one, or pay for shipping both ways to exchange the one they sent me and risk getting a refurb with more dead pixels as they do not guarantee the panels in their refurbs.
Given their lack of care I'm hesitant to buy Samsung new, but there's no way in hell I'd touch a refurb. Consider yourself warned.
