No such thing. Transmission standards are evolving. This set may or may not be compatible with whatever the final 3D standard for transmission is.
Agree with #3. Way too soon to jump on the 3D bandwagon.
Not even sure if this comes with the 3D glasses as there is a speparate accessories kit with two pairs of glasses for $350.
These are going to be like printers. They will sell the bare TV for $100 and then charge $2500 for the glasses. The glasses probably use special batteries that cost $100 and must be replaced every hour.
This one is only LED edge lit.
They need to come out with these 3D TVs in 32 inch first. Then when everyone has one come out with 37 inch. Then 40, 42, 46. 50. etc. That way people have to keep upgrading to the bigger sets. They did this with CRT monitors, then LCD monitors, hard drives, CD and DVD drives, and HDTVs.
Get the un46c8000 instead. Thinner, better contrast and special edge dimming. Cool titanium frame. A couple hundo more though.
Ok, i'll buy. That jet better fly out of the TV like that picture depicts or i'm screaming bloody murder!
something's not right here. they don't even list glasses among the accessories.
