I have one of these and it's tiny, doesn't look too geeky in your ear and has pretty good sound quality. I would recommend it at this price.
Had this for over a year - solid. I can power it up and answer a call on my samsung before the call goes to voice mail.
I have one but I wasn't happy with it - I hard workerto my Plantronics 640. You can find them on ebay; they are worth the extra money.
