I have it and like it. I did have to send back one to samsung for replacement, but they got it back to me pretty quickly and now I am happy. If you check amazon reviews most people like it, but for some the little earbud will not fit there ear well. For me it fits pretty well. Honestly what I like the most since I bought this is not hearing crap about what is sticking out of my ear since it is so small.

I recently bought one and it is very loud and clear. I don't have to turn the volume all the way.

Don't think so #11....Free usb adapter is for you to use with chatting program such as Skype, yahoo messenger or MSN. The idea of adapter you plug onto your desktop or laptop if it doesn't come with builtin bluetooth support. Cell phone you won't need an adapter, since it comes with bluetooth support anyways.

This thing works really well and it is really small. As stupid as it might look, it's a lot more subtle than 99% of the other headsets that are out there.

This is actually a very good head set. I have one myself and it is the best I have used. You cannot tell in the picture, but it is also very small. If you don't like plugging it in your ear, you can attach a piece (included) which allows you to hook it on your ear.
