I bought these and am not impressed. The other party has problems hearing when these are used. And the voice is muffled on my end

Mine works fine. No complaint so far.
I got one too. I am copying all my rebate stuff before sending out, just in case they burp it up.
I submitted my rebate but they promptly lost the UPC code. When I called to complain, they insisted I send the original again. I told them it made no sense because they lost the original, they weren't willing to do anything to accept the copy of UPC code. Pretty useless. I don't think I will buy anything Samsung again
I got three of these from Adorama and they work surprisingly well. Actually better than the more expensive WEP850 Samsung, which I found a bit tinny.
Not bad at all.
decent product, no compliant so far. cant beat almost a free item.
