Hope that's not a problem! The confirmation email says 4GB.

4GB SD is non-standard and will not work in some devices that even take SDHC.

For a goof up, they don't seem to be in any rush to take the deal off their website. It's still prominently displayed on their home page.

If I open the site in Internet Explorer, I can still open the product page, see the item listed as in stock, and add it to my cart for ordering.

In Mozilla, trying to view the product page redirects me back to their home page. They must have set a cookie once I ordered it the first time.

If you ask me, they totally know exactly what they are doing. If they come back and claim it is a mistake, then they're running a bait-and-switch scam, straight up.

Does anyone know if this type III will fit/work my Canon Rebel XT (350D) Some sites say it will not, others say ok. San Disk say may be compatible. Have read some other blogs that several guys say it works fine.

No, this Extreme III is not the fastest available. This is the older 20MB/s version. According to the SanDisk website, there is a newer Extreme III that goes to 30MB/s.

I'm in for 3 compactflash, for the price of shipping it's a great deal for my sony alpha.

My no likey rebates. Especially when the price sucks without the rebate.

Yeah, the 8GN ones seem to net out at around $30 or so this summer once the visa comes through. If this is really a "mistake" then their unwillingness to "fix" it all day would bode poorly for Ritz. Thank you, VISA purchase protection...

Still very fast.... so I understand why they are cleaning out their stock for the new faster Extreme III with 30MB/s write.

For $2.33 a 4GB card from Sandisk, this is still a very nice deal (provided if rebate are good).

but BEWARE !!! the product ID of this three pack IS NOT the same as the qualifying product ID on the rebate !! I believe this may be an oversite from Ritz/Wolf Camera. The $60 Sandisk rebate is good if buying three single 4GB cards!!!
