Have it with XP, really nice drive. U3 on older models does not work with Vista, but can be updated to do so.

owned this drive for over a year now, carried daily, put through some rigorous abuse, still works like a peach. has been used on mac systems, pc systems from win2k - vista, all without a flaw! including u3 system usage on vista with no upgrade to software. highly recommend. i'm considering upgrading to titanium edition with online backup of drive contents.
