I got one for Christmas last year - great drive but it was > $85 back then
Not for Vista!! Unless you remove the U3 part and just format it.
I think the newer firmwares work on Vista, #2.
I like this drive just fine but it is a little slow.
Works just fine with Vista. Comes with antivirus too.
That u3 crap is just DRM for USB drives.
decent price, but not that great of a deal. i don't think anyone uses the U3 crap. it's so useless.
just uninstall the U3, and it's a good price for a 4gb Cruzer
Kingston 4GB still 24.95 at buy.com, free shipping
So, #4, do you have this one working in Vista? The U3 part, that is? Vista is not listed on the compatibility list, and my other U3 devices don't work with it. There was supposed to be a newer U3 in development but I got tired of waiting for it.
#5/6, The U3 concept is very nice for safely browsing on the public computers at hotels, or in pilot lounges for mission planning and email checking. I travel without a computer most of the time, and I can plug one of these in, browse my self-contained browser, favorites, etc. and leave no trace on the computer.
#9, are you high? You make it sound like the "U3" is the only way to use your own browser/favorites etc with a thumb drive. Open ur eyes
#9, I did not work until I installed a patch. Now U3 works fine in Vista.
There supposed to be $10 off $20 OM coupon that may work at OD.
