ebay, 8gb, Sony, $18
You can get a 16GB, sony for about $20 on eBay. It's from Hong Kong so don't know if it's legit.
Don't buy these hong kong memories from ebay or any other place. I have done that mistake. I bought two memory stick pro for my psp from two different buyers. Both of them have bad sectors and read and write speeds are horrible.
I wish the memory sticks would die so SOny would adopt " The standards". I like Sony, I hate the stick.
This has to be a huge revenue stream for them now
get one of those microSD to pro duo adapters
FYI, the cheapo ebay ones are not legit. Think about it. Only this one and the genuine Sony are magic gate enabled. The fakes will give you a mg error message. This is not a great price, either. 8's have been < 30.

I took a gamble with the 8gb Sony pro duo from HK, it's in my PSP and has been working great for about 3 months now.

The ebay ones are fake. Eventually they will fail after a year or so. Both mine are starting to fail.
