    I use these very often. There is a "titanium" version for about $4 more on sale that has a metal alloy casing, better durability if you knock them around in your pocket.

    Don't know how far back you'd have had to buy this for Vista incompatibility. Got mine at least 6 months ago, and it works just fine on my laptop with Vista O/S on it.

    I have a couple of these. What's great are all the 'portable apps' out there. I use xampp for running Apache, and TruCrypt for locking it all up.

    I guess I'm the odd man out, I have the 16GB version of this, and find it to be kinda cheap plastic that feels like it would break if put very much pressure on it. I also own a red Verbatim 8GB flash drive with the same ejector usb port as this, and the plastic is MUCH thicker and more durable. I can easily and gently squeeze the Sandisk with my fingers and feel the plastic casing start to give.
