Staples has the SanDisk Extreme SDSSDX-120G-G25 2.5" 120GB SATA III Internal Solid State Drive (SSD) for $120 with free shipping. Features up to 550MB/s read and up to 510MB/s write speeds. Get a $25 off $75 coupon from e-junkie (search for "staples") for a final price of $95 with free shipping.
really? supporting selling of coupon's now? trust that site as you would china protecting free speech. Not staples but that e-junkie.....
Yeah, ejunkie looked too sketchy or I would've pulled the trigger...
I expect better from Ben than this sort of website...
i bought an ejunkie coupon last black friday for $2 and it work.
e-junkie is legit, and it's not as though you're risking a lot when most of the coupons cost under $2, however their $25 off $100 coupons are slightly cheaper than the $25 off $75, so you can save roughly 50 cents going that route.
These have high failure rates. Read reviews. I should have,
You keep saying this. I have four of them and they are fine. You've had one and it failed. Just sayin'.
Techsupport, read your earlier post re using this in your kid's pc after an rma repair. Did you have the SATA II or III version? Dont know if one is less failure prone than the other. Txs.
i bought an e-junkie coupon for Staples before and it worked fine for me...
If you don't want to bother with eJunkie just look on eBay.
^ I trust e-junkie at least as much as eBay.
e-junkie Is ok, I have been using them many times before. ( when I ran out of $25 off coupon) And don't have any problems with them But I do have more problem/trouble with Staples.com than e-junkie. I was told by Staples service rep saying online order is for reference not guarantee in stock delivery- so I will pass.....
This is a phenomenal drive that beats the Intel 520 in several benchmarks. It's one the highest reviewed SSD's on Newegg, with pretty much zero negative feedback. There are no negative reviews on this model. It's 4k random write is the highest out of any available 120gb SSD, and it really does hit write speeds of 510 MB/s. I bought one for $143 a month ago, and I'm tempted to pick up another. Just look up the reviews for yourself. Sandisk flies under the radar but boy do they know storage.
