I just had my second failure on my Ultra Series. It failed hard such that the BIOS would not recognize it. Since it was totally dead, they did not make me jump through the usual "let's try this" hoops. So it took me 15 minutes to get an RMA via chat. Pretty easy. They also replaced it with an Extreme like this one without my even asking for it. I think they realize the Ultra was a POS and they are simply exchanging warrantied units with Extremes. If you own a working Ultra that is under warranty, you might want to see if you can sort of help it fail . Maybe call it in and get the RMA before it "really" fails.
Price is actually 100 dollars, not 90. (109-10 share and save).
