It even says "REFURB" in silvery letters across the back, add that to your bling collection. Actually, that's not my beef with it, it's that it's a piece of baconnaise. No drivers, no software, no instructions, no anything, just the USB cable and some crappy earbuds. My attempts at trying to get it to do anything after Googling up information only succeeded in turning it into something that shuts off my computer (requiring me to pull the CPU out of its socket and reinsert) the instant I plug it in to the USB cable. That means I can't even recharge it and use it as an expensive but tiny FM radio! It's going back on Monday.

I have been using it for 2 months and it is working fine for me. I am very happy with the performance. I am using to it read a book and it bookmarks well. I am using it with an FM transmitter in my car during my commute (45 minutes each way). My desktop and laptop have no problem charing it. I will highly recommend it.
