A good ipod shuffle alternative. Got one for my mother-in-law last year and she's had no problems. Its really small like the shuffle but it has a small screen so you can still display song info so I think it's better than the shuffle personally.

Yes its cheaper at buy.com. I ordered mine on the 14th and I don't expect it to come for at least 2 more days. So if the $2 is worth waiting extra time in shipping by all means go w/ slow as hell buy.com shipping.

I could probably order this today from newegg and I would have it sooner than buy.com. If I had known it would be on sale from newegg I would have bought it from there.

Good player, bad price for Bensie's used equipment. I bought a new one for <$20.

I really like the last gen Shuffle for things like bike riding. It's all metal and you can change songs or volume without looking at the unit.

I have been using one for years. Clip is plastic and eventually breaks. For the price it is worth it. No arm band, no forced formats or software (iTunes).

#7 is a waste of screen space. This is a good price regardless of whether it has ever been lower, and most "refurb'd" Sansas are not used at all they are new factory overruns stamped with an R on the back and put in a whitebox.

I'd rather buy from Newegg because of their better customer service and return policies. Buy feels like dealing with India customer service except only scarce emails.

Contact Sandisk #9, they'll send you a replacement clip for your player.

#8, WTF does that have to do with anything? An all metal shuffle isn't likely to survive falling off on a bike ride and practically any ergonomically designed player, this one included, is easy to control without looking at it. Frankly I think a higher risk activity like bike riding is one of the best reasons to buy player that costs a lot less like the Clip, at $20 it's no great loss if you eventually damage it, lose it, or someone steals it.

Dave C is your instant expert on everything. He knows enough to make great sounding rants, but quite a bit of it is misinformation.

It is hard to tell whether he is on Bensie's staff. The negative posts concerning this site are made because this used to be a quality place, before Ben himself started posting a cornucopia of Meritline and other atrocious and expensive crap.

i'd have to agree with #8 that the shuffle is very well built but it isn't easier to use or load songs on

You're welcome to start posting facts instead of trolling, or is it too embarrassing to be wrong so often?
