Not bad deal, although the 8 G Sansa is usually on sale for $50 at buy.com

which 8 G sansa are you referring to?

Although the e250 at $25 is a good deal, I like this one more because of the CLIP on it and form factor.

Got the 4GB Clip (sometimes at buy.com for $50...don't know what #1 is smoking...) and absolutely love it. I smile every time I read how it has the best sound of the Sansa players...of course I'm in a loud gym when I wear it, so I guess that doesn't matter much.

It's nice over the e250 if you want it for the size.

I used to have one, and I kept it in the condom/change pocket in my jeans.

Battery-wise, I get 12-15 hours per charge. Just got new firmware, including FLAC and OGG I think.

This is a nice little MP3 player. I bought one for my in-laws a few months back and they haven't had any problems with it.

These mp3 players use one of the best audio chips out there. I have two of these and use it with my Triple.fi 10 Pros. I can tell you that these Sansa Clips can really push my earphones.

This is a great little MP3 player. Good sound, decent battery life, very usable interface for such a small unit. Clips and stays anywhere - I prefer on my t-shirt sleeve or in the pocket of my long sleeve shirts.

Since I got mine, I haven't used my iPod at all.

Only 2GB, I'd wait for 8GB for around that price, or spend a bit extra. At least get a version with an expansion slot!

I've had trouble with these refurb units. Buying the cheap warranty is worth it.

I've bought a couple different refurbished Sansa players. Always had good luck with them.

The sound quality on this player is stellar. You won't notice a difference from other models unless you use some decent earbuds and good bitrate MP3s but if you've got a quality source - excellent quality.
