I have two refurb Sansa clips going strong for 1-2 years each. Great cheap alternative to those overpriced ipods and the FM tuner is a nice bonus.
To me this is the sweet spot for them, paying the least for internal memory then adding a mSD card that you can swap or reuse when the time comes.

I have a Sansa Cruz and it's lasted longer than my kids' more expensive Apple products. The only thing I bought it for was the FM tuner so I could use it at the Arizona Cardinal games, but with video and MP3, what more do you want? (this isn't the one that has video, so not to confuse anyone)
