Adorama has the refurbished SanDisk Sansa Clip+ 4GB MP3 Player for $28 with free shipping. Features 1" OLED, microSDHC, microSD support, FM radio tuner, 40 presets, voice recorder, and belt clip.
Bought one (8GB version), lost it, and like it enough to buy another one. Best part : expandable through microSD, can be configured for USB mass storage class (no drivers / special software required), support Asian fonts.
yah like #1 says. I got the 4gb and it is very losable (is that a word??) Its tiny. I luv it. The clip is not very strong. Not strong enough for running but I'm sure its fine for walking. It gets loud enough for me and I like my music loud. Windows 7 handles it perfectly without any configuration from the user.
The loudness isn't bad, BUT if you are using higher z cans, say above 32 ohms, you might find it lacking but Rockbox helps to remove the factory volume limitation and add support as loud as the chip will go (you have to flip some configuration setting in the menu to enable this).
Purchased 4GB version in March '11. Real value is in the $28 price point and expandable MicroSD memory. FM radio sensitivity is average. FM radio equalizer is below average.
More MicroSD memory added the longer some start up functions can take.
Would purchase another Clip+ if I needed another FLAC or MP3 player with FM radio.
If you decide to purchase a Clip+ get a silicon case.

i run with mine all the time but that clip needs to be attached to something like your waistband and not loose clothing. else you'll lose it.
this thing is pretty resilient. mine came back to life twice after i thought it was dead. once being water logged and another time when it bricked.
bought the 8gb version when it was $40 and slapped a 16gb microsd card. rockboxed it as soon as it arrived.
