I have this 4GB model and all-in-all it is not bad but refubished mine went bad where the headphone jack connects. Did get replaced for free though. For music it's great and I like SANDISK. Video has to be compressed and is actually flipped on it's side so the downside is that you have to view it on the SANDISK and can't enjoy the compressed video on your PC or other devices. Battery is not replaceable but neither is the ipod?

i got a refurb 2gb - like it much- takes micro sd for expansion
for an armband type case, check out circuit city, ~$6.

not as thin/sleek as ipod - but price is right,

how many mp3 players do we need? could be nice gift though (refurb sticker can be removed as desired

battery is replaceable, as I do have one and have owned it since its release years ago. Really great player, a lot of features for the money. I've dropped mines accidentally several times and its still strong. Bought a silicon case and screen protector

Beware of Buy.com on this item. Bought the 4 GB e260 from them 3 weeks ago and was instead shipped a 2GB e250. I have yet to be able to get any response from them about having the problem corrected.

can anyone find me a 1gb mp3 for 30 bucks? don't need fm, other extras, but definitely need a screen and preferably a trusted brand. refurbs are fine.

just need it for when i'm running, my zune 80 is too bulky.

#6, look for an older 1 GB Sansa Clip. I bet you could find one in your price range, maybe even a 2 GB.
