My son has the 4 gig version of this player. The video is a lot better than the older sansa E series players, but I dont like the way the controls feel on it. Other than that he is really happy with it.

I brought this same player earlier this year from newegg for $30. I thought it was okay, but the battery life sucked compared the older sansa e250.

I'm not here to hurt #1 sons feelings but this is a nice player. Even though this is a 2GB player you can always add a 16GB MicroSDHC card to resolve that. I don't know if the 32GB card will work.

At this price I would look at a refurb Creative Zen from the Creative outlet store.

Sansa Fuzes are nice players and work with subscription service Rhapsody, but the screens scratch up WAY too easy. I use one every day, but it is irritating how quickly they get scuffed up even with ordinary use.

I like the old ones with rockbox. Wish someone would put one out with AM radio.

#9 I hear Rockbox is on the way for this player which might make it awesome. I'm also still enjoying my e260 with Rockbox. When it's ready for this one a 2 GB with an expansion card will be a great value.

    #7 pointofknowreturn,

    RE: Screen Scratches

COPIED FROM A POST OF MINE BEFORE:
-- Or you could just buy some static cling film at your local printer for like $3 a roll and cut it to the sizes you want. It goes on clearly, stays on, is removable for washing if needed, gets clearer with use, and has absolutely ZERO adhesives (just like those cling film things people put on their windows during the holidays. I've used the same piece of static cling film on my handheld touch-screen device for the last 10 years and have NEVER needed to change it. I have removed it for cleaning. but only once in a great while. And the great thing is, to wipe it I just use windex and paper towels.
-- It's the best idea in the universe; and today, still, no one is marketing it. Oh, wait. Uh oh. I think I just gave away my secret.
