You better get 1 year because if it is as good as my other two Sansa players, they will crap out in few months or less.

Sansas are solid. I've owned several different versions. Never had one go bad on me. This DOES seem pretty pricey for a new 4 GB Fuze, even if it were new and not a refurb. If last BF was any indication, they will practically be giving these things away this year. I picked up a couple of 8 GB Fuzes last BF for $56 a piece if I recall correctly.

Well, I owned 4 iPods and 2 Sansas. My current iPod still runs while Sansa players are somewhere in the closet broken. One crapped out because firmware got corrupted and the other one has phone jack working only sometimes. Yes, they are cheap but I do not think worth the hassle.

The Fuzes have been particularly unreliable and prone to breaking quickly from what I've read. The Clips on the other hand have been pretty solid.

The new Clip + is by far the most bang for the buck; the 8 gig NEW model is about $60 at Amazon.
