bought a Sansa 4gb e260 and it bricked on me less than a month later; Sansa is giving me the run around about the warranty. One thing is for sure: I won't buy Sansa again.
#3, There must be more to your story. Are they refusing to repair it, or what?
#4 get with the times. Companies do not provide customer service. It is simply too expensive. It is a lot cheaper to lose a few customers than to provide warranty service. They only have to appear like they are providing service. What they usually do is send your product back to you un-repaired.
They know it will only take one or two times of you sending it in for repair (which you pay shipping for) before you give up.
