Sony is better. I owned a Sansa and thought it was the best mp3 player on the market until I tried one of the new Sony's. The sound quality is amazing. Get the Sony and thank me later.
This is a great deal. Was selling for around $120 not long ago.
At the same price, I would pick the sony one. It has better review.

It's shaped like the 1st gen iPod, but it's much smaller and thinner. I think it's more similar to the 3rd gen chubby Nano.
