i'll take 8gb ipod for 120
SanDisk?? don't think so
I have the older 4GB model and all-in-all it is not ipod but for music it's great and I like SANDISK. Video has to be compressed and is actually flipped on it's side so the downside is that you have to view it on the SANDISK and can't enjoy the compressed video on your PC or other devices.
Pros:
- $110 for 16GB is a good deal (currently $140 at Amazon)
- Larger screen than the e200 series (2.4" vs. 1.8")
Cons:
- Larger than the e200 series (4.29 x 1.95 x 0.41" vs. 3.5 x 1.74 x 0.56")
- Several complaints at Amazon of short battery life
- No user-replaceable battery

If only RockBox worked for this one too
Works fine for me, must be you, burp.
How did #6's post escape the filter?
#7 burp isn't filtered
awesome player. one complaint is for long audio book files from Audible: if you pause the book and allow the player to shut off, the next time you restart your book will be at the point you started last time, not where you paused and you'll have to FF through chapters.
To be able to get to the correct spot in the book, shut the player off instead of pausing it and letting it turn itself off.
