Great player, but I would think the spinning wheel control would get annoying after a while. Heck, I messed with the player at the store for like a minute and it was already getting annoying.

The wheel does take a little getting used to. I've got the 6GB version with a 2GB card in it and can go through everything on it pretty fast with the wheel though.

These are pretty nice if you get a v1 firmware player and Rockbox it. The Sansa firmware blows though. Every time the player boots up it has to load everything on it with the Sansa firmware, which can take what seems like forever to do. With Rockbox it only has to be loaded once then it boots up in a few seconds.

Someday I am hoping that Ben will research and find out that Yahoo Music Unlimited was shuttered a long time ago.

Maybe link to Napster Music To Go instead?

"The bottom line: If you value features and price over a flashy interface and excellent sound quality, the SanDisk Sansa View digital media player is definitely worth a look. It's easy to use and offers a relatively large screen and a memory expansion option."

I didn't see this was a View, I thought it was an E280, my dyslexia kicking in I guess. Scrap my earlier post. These can't be Rockboxed and are considered the worst of the Sansa players. Check out the Sansa forums before buying this.
