I picked up a 16gb View for not much more. Been great! Wonder why there are so many refurbs of these out there? Usually a bad sign..

I have the 8GB. I thought that the video feature was going to be a big plus. However, using the Sandisk Converter software to convert avi files, the audio and video go out of sync. It seems there are some work-arounds, but it requires other converting software. http://forums.sandisk.com/sansa/board/message?board.id=view&thread.id=5143

#6 this is required for most devices. You just need a good converter that makes it painless. Handbrake is free works well but not what would be called easy to use. You have to know all the video prameters your device needs. The paid version of DVD Fab Decrypter has preconfigured setings for a wide range of devices making it easy there are others too. I'm cheap so use handbrake.

Man, these are really nice and this is a great deal. Same interface as the E200s but it has a wheel and a larger screen. Downsides are you can't get Rockbox firmware yet, and it's a lot bigger.
