S*C*R*E*W STAPLES.... I was told I had to go to the store and order the drive, it was in stock at the time, so I drove 18 miles to the store only to find they were out of stock on line, but would sell me the original listing of 120 GIG for a $50 increase in price.
I was using a staples "Cash Card" from them with a balance of $150.00.
They will NOT ACCEPT THEIR OWN CASH CARD ON LINE.WHAT A JOKE!
I have had problems with Staples not honoring rebates.
Staples is next in the growing list of retailers ready to go under for their abysmal customer service. Office Max is developing a better reputation.
