Works well in my Droid Bionic with ICS. If you get this in your Android phone, it might complain that the card is damaged. Don't despair. Click through to the point where it allows you to format the card in the phone. I had tried reformatting the card in a PC but the phone would not use the card until it was refomratted in the phone itself. I loaded a crapload of music and so far it seems to work well.
