Careful if you want to use this in a rooted android phone. For my S3, had to format it to fat 32 before getting recognized by TWRP (or CWM).
Yeah, I had the same issue with a 64fv full size SD and a 64gb microSD... Full size was for my Lenovo Thinkpad Tablet, and microSD was for a rockboxed Sansa E280. They were fine after formatting to FAT32 though.
