I wonder if they sell cell phones without phone capabilities. I would just use it to take crappy pictures, play stupid games, and listen to poor quality mp3s.

I don't understand how they pulled this off, maybe a custom firmware that disables the wifi? The only reason to use this form factor and PCB is the wifi.
