    Yawn... still kind'a high for what this is in performance and being phased for EoL...
    The only redeeming thing is the single slot cooler for those who need that over most dual slot 4830 while better power consumption than a older tech GSO, which are normally about the price. I'd probably find the extra to get a 4830.

    #1 is correct. as is standard tradition here, just complain about whatever the deal is and then throw in the comment that "spend more and get something better". yeah, that's usually how it works. in this case, yes, spend $50-$100 more and you'll get a video card that offers higher performance. amazing!
