Best price on a 5770 in a while. Anyone have experience with Sapphire? Also, it sounds like the ATI driver bugs with Win7 x64 are worked out with the latest release. Can anyone confirm?

I plan on picking up a 5770 this weekend and this does seem to be the best deal around. The actual price is $155 with a $10 dollar mail in rebate. Add the free flash drive and I doubt I'll find a better deal anytime soon.

Well actully it's $170; the code -$15 dropping it to $155, then -AR $10 get it to $145!
That what Ben should have said!
But it's a good price righ this weekend.

EWIZ = Worst company. Horrible return policy and horrible customer service.

I was about to pick this up but I've reconsidered. With everything I've read about driver issues, Grey screen crashes and incompatibility with PCIE 1.0 motherboards. I think I'd rather spend a little extra and buy my video card from someone I'd trust more with an RMA like Newegg. Luckily most of all the issues I'm read about, should be fixable with a driver update.

Think I'm going to wait for the Egg too. Also trying to decide if I should go to something faster for 1920x1200 gaming.

I have a visiontek 5770. I originally had the "big cursor" problem which was resolved with a bios update for my p55a UD3 mobo. no problems whatsoever now. running winXP 32bit.

The driver issues arent fixed, and could be permanent according to them. The 4890s have similar problems with random bsod and the sound issues. Easy to find threads everywhere of the bad driver of the week club.
