Here a recent review of GTX650Ti round up against a 7850 2Gb (860Mhz). Knowing only very few titles really benefit from the extra 1Gb of ram you can see the lead a 7850 1Gb such as this can offer. And, why I've said GTX650Ti aren't much of a deal until $130 or less.
