Newegg has the Sapphire 100292DDR3L Radeon HD 5450 1GB 64-bit DDR3 PCI Express 2.1 x16 HDCP Ready Low Profile Ready Video Card for $32 - $15 rebate [Exp 12/15] + $0 shipping = $17 shipped. Features HDMI, D-SUB, and DVI ports, 80 stream processing units and a 650MHz core clock speed.
I can not see this card being of any value unless you have a really old pc. My theory as to why they keep these things around and sell them cheap is for all the chumps that one way or another don't send in for rebate.
Even today if you've in a newer i3 3220 Ivy Bridge that came with two (2Gb) sticks that fill out your only two slots and say a H61 mobo with a 230W PSU in a Slimline case. Some OEM H61 heck didn't even include a DVI-D and especially HDMI what you going to do if you want those? While it a cheaper way to go to see what getting off share graphics memory than pulling and paying to see what two 4Gb stcicks can bump you to plus it still best the Intel HD2500?

Supposedly they are ideal for home theatre PCs.
